Sub: Diving accident at 73 feet sea water of Mr:Arsinas Bogs , which resulted to death due to not providing proper treatment on time & not evacuating the casualty on time.

DEATH of Mr: Arsinas Bogs. ( who was not having IMCA qualification for diving, & he was forced by the supervisors to dive at +75 feet for high-pressure underwater cutting & as I mentioned before that these leads are unprofessional & incompetents they did not followed proper diving procedure of IMCA-US-NAVY TABLE NO-6. without giving him proper decompression stoppages he was pulled up to the surface, because he didn't performed well, Mr:Arsinas's past is a proof that the international registered university WCCD-South-Africa, refused him to qualify as a IMCA-CLASS-II Air-Diver because he was not having the skills & education to qualify, but still this leads forced him to do so. The Client was not at all informed about the accident, & family was informed saying that he died in his room due to Heart-Attack.)

Mr.: Xxxxx

whereas the fact of his death is

Due to Air-Embolism, In biological & in IMCA medical stranded terms this is a pressure injury: It is a pathological condition by gas bubbles in vascular system, In this case the a large moving mass of the causality get defect in the blood stream, which directly strikes to the Artery, the condition of such accident is the circulatory pressure in most Arteries & veins is greater than atmospheric pressure, & the 100 percent cause is DEEP-DIVING which is exceed more than 30 feet.

The below mentioned following reasons were avoided, that is the reason why this accident caused.

(i) No IMCA supervisor in the whole TARGET ENGG CONST COMPANY company, even though 70 IMCA divers are working.

(ii) No specialized DMT available as stand by on site when the deep dive was conducted.

(iii) No safety available on the site.

(iv) No decompression stoppage was given to the diver.

(v) Mr: Arsinas Bogs was not a IMCA qualified DIVER.

(vi) Mr: Arsinas Bogs was physically unfit.

(vii) Mr:Arsinas Bogs was forced by a non IMCA supervisor Mr: EDGAR H TRONO to dive at such a high depth.

Dear sir kindly take very very strict action against this accident so that in future no companies should follow their own diving standards apart from IMCA.
