The Hyperbaric Lifeboat Recovery Gulf of Mexico Feasibility Study was presented by Mike Willis of Technip at The US GoM Diving Safety Workgroup meeting in Houston this month, Jan 2016.
The Gulf of Mexico is not the only area of our diving world that is lacking in this area, so anyone may get some good ideas from Mr. Willis work, for their area. With that said this is a serious problem in the GOM. We believe this plan is a viable answer and should be strongly considered by all involved!
